Kristen Stewart's public apology to Robert Pattinson didn't magically heal their fractured relationship. The British actor has moved out of their Los Angeles home after news broke that she cheated with a married director.

On Tuesday evening, Us Weekly posted their cover story about Stewart cheating with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders. In the latest issue of the magazine, there are a series of photos, taken July 17, of Stewart and Sanders kissing each other in the actress' MINI Cooper and then a secluded park-like area called Pacific View Trail, which overlooks the Hollywood sign.

Malaysia's pregnant shooter, Nur Suryani Mohamed Taibi, has made the trip to London and will compete in next week's 10m rifle event, just one month before she's due to give birth to a baby girl. She's not the first pregnant Olympian in history, but at 34 weeks is believed to be the furthest along.The 29-year-old qualified for the Games at the Asian Shooting Championships in January, days after finding out she was pregnant. At the time, she had hoped her health would allow her to compete in London. So far so good.

James Holmes was a student of Neuroscience at the University of Colorado Medical School but dropped out of school last month.As at the time of his arrest, he had no previous convictions except a traffic violation last year.

He was dressed in all black, had gloves, gas masks, a bulletproof vest, a shotgun, an assault rifle, two handguns and according to witnesses, some tear gas canisters when he entered the theatre. He had no hunting or gun license. He isn't associated with any part of the Military and doesn't seem to have any remorse for his crime. According to the apartment complex manager where he lived, he just moved into his apartment a couple of weeks ago.

At least 12 dead and 50 injured after gunman opens fire during showing of 'The Dark Knight Rises' at Aurora, Colo., theater. Police say they have a suspect in custody, identified as James Holmes, 24, who witnesses say was armed with a rifle and handguns, and who wore what appeared to be a bullet-proof vest and gas mask.
Witnesses say he was masked and wore black clothes when he set off some sort of explosive and then opened fire in one of five theaters in the complex that was hosting a midnight showing of the movie, witnesses told reporters.
It was reported that he shot an infant at point blank range at the theatre...smh!

Nigerian Man dies after cocaine burst in his stomach

Edwin Ozoani allegedly ingested 11 wraps but only excreted 10. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has confirmed the death of Edwin Ozoani, 34, a commercial bus driver, who died after a wrap of cocaine he ingested burst in his stomach.
Mitchell Ofoyeju, the NDLEA Head of Public Affairs, said the deceased, who returned from Brazil on-board a South African Airline flight, was arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos.
"During screening, he tested positive to drug ingestion and was placed on observation," he said. "He excreted 10 wraps of substances that tested positive for cocaine, weighing 180 grammes. While still under observation, he complained of stomach pain and was rushed to the hospital where he eventually died. A post-mortem examination revealed that his death was due to one of the wraps of cocaine he ingested that ruptured in his stomach."

Usher's Stepson Declared Brain Dead

Usher's eleven-year-old stepson has been declared brain dead after an accident involving a jet ski.
Kyle Glover, the son of Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster and an unidentified 15 year-old girl were riding inner tubes on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, GA yesterday when a 35-year old jet skier collided with the boy, striking him in the head and knocking him unconscious. He was airlifted to Atlanta's Egelston Hospital, where Usher joined him last night.

Reports say that he has shown no brain activity since being admitted to the hospital, and that a decision regarding his life support has not been made.
The Georgia Department of Natural Resources is investigating the accident, and has ruled out alcohol as a factor.

Malware may knock thousands off Internet on Monday

The warnings about the Internet problem have been splashed across Facebook and Google. Internet service providers have sent notices, and the FBI set up a special website.
But tens of thousands of Americans may still lose their Internet service Monday unless they do a quick check of their computers for malware that could have taken over their machines more than a year ago.
Despite repeated alerts, the number of computers that probably are infected is more than 277,000 worldwide, down from about 360,000 in April. Of those still infected, the FBI believes that about 64,000 are in the United States.
Users whose computers are still infected Monday will lose their ability to go online, and they will have to call their service providers for help deleting the malware and reconnecting to the Internet.
The problem began when international hackers ran an online advertising scam to take control of more than 570,000 infected computers around the world. When the FBI went in to take down the hackers late last year, agents realized that if they turned off the malicious servers being used to control the computers, all the victims would lose their Internet service.

Hero Lifeguard fired for trying to save man's life

Update 07/06/2012: The company gave him back his job after the investigation.

Tomas Lopez, a 21-year-old lifeguard, was fired on Monday after he left his station to help a man who had been pulled out of the water in an unprotected area of Hallandale Beach. According to the Orlando Sun Sentinel, Lopez and an off-duty nurse tended to the man, a 21-year-old from Estonia, until paramedics arrived. The man who is recovering at a local hospital was in a "swim at your own risk" area of the beach about 1,500 feet south of the boundary lifeguards are expected to patrol.

"I was on stand, and guests came up to me and told me there was someone drowning, that people were screaming and so I started running in the direction," Lopez said. "I ran out to do the job I was trained to do, I didn't think about it at all."

9 year old California student working on college degree

Like many students across the U.S., Tanishq Abraham enjoys studying the sciences and hopes to earn a college degree.
The difference: He's only 9 years old.
Tanishq is one of the few genius kids to earn a College degree at a very early age.
Tanishq is a student at American River College in Sacramento, Calif., where he studies subjects from paleontology to astronomy.
Inducted into the genius society MENSA at age 4, his parents say others often question if they're pushing him too hard.
"He's pushing us," his father Bijou, jokes to Fox40.
Tanishq, who can even be found giving guest lectures, says he isn't fazed by being around those older than him.
"I don't mind interacting with other college students," he says. "I like it."

Michael Jordan's son arrested

Who smiles on their mug shots? He must be a happy drunk, lol.

Central Florida basketball player, 21 year old Marcus Jordan, youngest son of former NBA great Michael Jordan, was arrested in Omaha early Sunday following a disturbance outside a downtown hotel.

According to a news release, police responding to a call at the Embassy Suites found hotel security trying to subdue Marcus Jordan, who was having an argument with two women in the hotel driveway at 2:11 a.m.

The release said Jordan was ''very animated, intoxicated and uncooperative,'' and it took multiple officers to control and handcuff the 6'3", 205-pound Jordan.

Jordan was booked at the Douglas County Department of Corrections for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing. He had been released by Sunday night.

Pregnant Snooki pushes baby stroller filled with beer

Jersey Shore's Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, who is expecting her first child with fiance Jionni LaValle, stepped out in Seaside Heights, N.J. on Monday pushing a baby stroller filled with a 12 pack of Coors beer plus soda.

The mom-to-be put her new baby stroller to the test by loading it up with party supplies. Snooki, 24, showed off her growing baby bump and ditched her usually high platform heels for flip flops to push the big load.
The pregnant star must have been picking up the treats for her Jersey Shore pals because Snooki has, of course, quit drinking.

Snoop Dogg’s son lands football scholarship offer from UCLA

When UCLA offered Cordell Broadus a scholarship, the Bruins were doing more than trying to attract a promising sophomore wide receiver and defensive back for Diamond Bar (Calif.) High. In essence, the program was staking a claim to territory in the L.A. pop culture spotlight, for one very clear reason: Cordell Broadus is Snoop Dogg's son.

As reported by the ESPNLA and the National Football Post, UCLA coach Jim Mora Jr. recently offered a scholarship to Broadus, despite the fact that the rising sophomore has spent just one year in high school, and played on the Diamond Bar freshman squad during that campaign. At 6-foot-2 and 185 pounds, the younger Broadus, Snoop Dogg's legal name is Calvin Broadus, has a body which could develop into that of a legitimate Division I prospect, but no one knows whether he'll continue to grow.
