Analia Bouter and her husband Fabian Veron sit outside the hospital in Resistencia, Argentina, Wednesday April 11, 2012 |
Analia Bouter was just six months pregnant when she gave birth to her daughter, and said the medical staff told her the baby showed no signs of life when it was born, BBC reported, citing local media.
Two hours after being issue a death certificate, Bouguet and her husband visited the morgue because they wanted to see their child one more time.

The mother, Analia Bouguet, tells TeleNoticias TV that the hospital still has issued her only a death certificate for the infant rather than a birth certificate. Bouguet said she is planning to pursue a medical malpractice suit. The baby was Bouguet's fifth and was born prematurely.
Doctors say the girl is now in good condition. Her parents have named her Luz Milagros - which means miracles, BBC reports.
Chaco province undersecretary for health Rafael Sabatinelli called the case "disgraceful" and promised a full investigation.
The deputy provincial health minister announced that five medical professionals involved in the case have been suspended, pending further investigation.
